I have volunteered at Chintimini for 2 years.

What shift(s) are you on?
I co-lead the Wednesday PM shift.

Are you employed outside of your CWC volunteer position?
I am a teacher! I've worked with all grade levels but spent the most time teaching 4th grade and leading the school's Garden Club!

What is your favorite part about volunteering at CWC?
My favorite part about volunteering is learning about wildlife rehabilitation while getting to work with some of my favorite animals, Corvids and Raptors!

Do you have a favorite or most memorable patient (past or present)?
My favorite patient experience has been taking care of and bottle feeding the baby mammals!

What is something that your shift may not know about you?
My shift may not know about my passion for writing haikus.

What book is currently on your nightstand?
I am currently reading Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

What music is in your car right now?
The CD in my car right now is Not For Kids Only, Garcia and Grisman.

Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Pensacola, FL then lived in Asheville, NC for 13 years before moving to Oregon.
