Kit the Peregrine Falcon
Kit was originally a falconry bird in Idaho and a very successful one! Unfortunately a run-in with a power line ended her falconry career, but she gained a new purpose as a part of our Raptor Education Program. Kit arrived at the Chintimini Wildlife Center in 2022 and stepped right into her role as a Raptor Ambassador. She is quickly becoming a new fan favorite at our educational presentations! Kit loves hanging out with her caretakers in our Education Office area and cuddling her stuffed animals when taking naps.
