  • Program sizes are limited to a maximum of 10 campers per day and 1-2 staff members. Our maximum camper-to-staff ratio is 10:1.
  • All program participants, including both club campers and their families, are expected to follow our behavior protocols. Participants who do not follow behavior protocols may be dismissed from the program.
  • Drop-off/Pick-up:

      • Early drop offs will not be permitted
    • You will be asked to attest that your child is healthy and not experiencing illness symptoms
    • Campers are to be picked up between 1:00-1:15 pm by an authorized adult.
      • Late pick up will not be authorized except in emergency situations
    • Authorized adults must sign their child in and out and will be asked to provide photo ID at pick up. Only those authorized to pick up a club camper (provided at time of registration) will be allowed to do so.
    • Campers must bring their own food (lunch and snacks), water bottles, sunscreen, and any other items they may need during the day. Campers must be able to apply their own sunscreen.
  • If your child appears or is feeling sick, they will be isolated from other campers and sent home. You will be asked to keep your child at home if they have been exposed to someone with symptoms or a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19, RSV or other contagious illness.
